Do renderings actually close more bids?+
Yes — measurably. Partners report higher close rates and higher average tickets when they present with photorealistic renderings. The upgrades (outdoor kitchen, pergola, lighting) sell themselves when the client can see them at dusk instead of imagining them from a line drawing.
Can you turn a rendering around for an active bid?+
Yes. Rush concept renderings for live bids are typically 3–5 business days from receipt of site info. We keep a rush slot open most weeks for partners on retainer.
Who owns the design after the rendering?+
Our standard package licenses the design to the partner for use on that specific project. White-label rendering files belong to the partner for the project's marketing, sales, and approval use.
What do you need from us to start a rendering?+
Site address, recent survey or property lines if available, photos or a video walk-through, the client's scope wish list, and your sales-meeting date. We can work from a site visit if a survey isn't available.
Can we present the rendering as our own?+
Yes — white-label deliverables are standard. The renderings can be branded entirely to your company, co-branded, or delivered under Regenerated Landscapes. Your call per project.
Do you stay involved after the bid is won?+
Yes. Most partners take the project through to construction documents with us. The client signs the construction contract with you against drawings they've already approved — which is the cleanest path through scope drift and value engineering.
