Regenerated Landscapes is a landscape design studio. We do not provide architectural or engineering stamps, we do not submit on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee permit, city, or HOA approval. Requirements are determined by the reviewing agency and some scopes require licensed professionals.
What we deliver is clear, coordinated documentation: dimensioned layouts, planting and irrigation plans, and design-intent drawings that read the same way in the office and in the field — organized to support contractor coordination and pricing, and, where useful, a homeowner-led HOA review.
